A truly wonderful car 👌🏻👍🏻

And great that it exists, still. After Audi pulls its RS6 / RS7 it will most likely remain the last of the breed. The reviews it got even in the British motoring press are excellent (and that’s a truly rare thing). Just out of curiosity, given the torque

I love the Continental GT, it is a beautiful car...

... unfortunately I have no experience in driving them but I did read up them. V8 is the sensible choice since it is lighter (not by much, 25kg), more fuel efficient, has a better engine sound (according to different car magazines), more agile to drive an

I had a debate with the automotive journo, he was sure the RS7 has a DCT

But the very early one I had for a week was a ZF slushbox. I loved it in the Audi, I loved it in the Alfa. Not sure if they are the same base tranni but it is quick enough, precise enough, and good enough for me. Of course for serious performance driving

Good to see you back, Luke...

It is impossible to see a modern Audi without remembering your praises of a couple of years ago for the RS7. High praise indeed from someone with your experience. As the time approaches to consider another car, the RS7 comes into sharp focus when previous

The Audi RS7 has been on my radar...

Since reading this... I've been looking at the Audi brand with a whole new level of respect. The RS7 is especially appealing as well, as it's the right size and has a coupe-like appeal. And now reading that there's one that will drive itself pushes all o

Mercedes Benz S550 2014: back at the top. Some preliminary thoughts

Mercedes Benz used to be the gold standard, the brand all others were compared to. Their big sedans were the go to answer for luxury and functional performance. Then, back in the late 1990's and early 2000's something happened... Well, after several hours

I'm the same way, I usually prefer sedans a bit more low key, but the Audi RS7 is already

"low key" relative to anything else that even comes close, performance wise - it definitely flew "under the radar" when running with the other exotics even though it certainly was not lost nor forgotten! The graphite grey is so stealth, yet so tech! Also

thanks, Salman. It wasn't only that the Audi RS7 did everything well, but that it did

some of those things SO WELL it exceeded all the benchmarks, and everything else at the top of the class or better. Looking forward to seeing your ride "in the native environment" - I remember what our driver said, "The Landcruiser is better than even the

Loved the comparison review. Excellent!!

Btw, do you know how the Audi RS7 double clutch transmission compare to that of the M3? I really love my M3 DCT. It has a great sound and is pretty fast. And even in automatic mode, it revs up before downshifting pretty well when taking a corner. I didn't
